CRITERIA FOR SWIMMING TEST FOR THE POST OF FIREMAN (TRAINEE)

The candidates those who are included in the Short List are directed to be present for Swimming Efficiency Test. The venue, Date & Time of Swimming Efficiency Test will be intimated in due course.
The “proficiency in swimming” as insisted in the Gazette Notification; for the post of Fireman( Trainee) will be tested in a swimming test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission with the following criteria.

1. 50 (Fifty) metre swimming trials, to be completed within a minimum period of two minutes.




2. 2 (Two) minutes floating ability at the deeper sides of the swimming pool.

The candidates who complete the above test parameters are to be considered as qualified for the post.
