456. Part III of the constitution deals with Fundamental Rights.

469. The Fundamental Rights can be partialy suspended during the proclamation of National Emergency.
470. Article 31 (Right to Property) was omitted from Fundamental Rights by the 25th amendment of the constitution.
471. The right that cannot be suspended during the proclamation of National Emergency is right to Life.
472. Article 352  says right to life cannot be suspended during the emergency is in operational.
473. The 86th amendment made Right to Education a Fundamental Right.
474. Right to equality includes five types of rights.

475. The six types of Fundamental Freedoms guaranteed by the constitution :-
  • Freedom of Speech and Expression
  • To assemble peaceably and without arms.
  • To form associations or unions.
  • To move freely throughout the territory of India
  • To reside and settle any parts of the territory of India.
  • To pratice any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.
