1. Candidates shall appear for the Physical Measurement at the centre allotted for them. Request for change of centre, date or time of test etc will not be allowed.
3. Documents to be produced (Original and Self attested copy) at the time of verification.
(a) SSLC Book
(b) Non-creamy layer certificate/Community Certificate (For Reservation Community only).
(c) Discharge Certificate & P.P.O. for Ex-servicemen.
(d) Passport size Photograph taken with in six months (in prescribed format)
4. The candidates who are eligible for TA should obtain attendance certificate from the nominee of the Commission on the day of Physical Measurement.
5.If the Physical Measurement is postponed due to any reason whatsoever, the new date will be published in print and visual media and on the website of the Commission. No individual Communication will be issued to candidates in this regard. Candidates shall produce the same admission ticket for the Physical
6. Physical Measurement
a) Height – 158 cm. (153 cm for SC/ST) b) Chest – 76 cm minimum expansion- 5 cms
7. Only the following 15 documents will be accepted as identity proof.
(i) Voters ID issued by the Election Commission
(ii) Driving License
(iii) Passport
(iv) Identity card issued by Social Welfare Department, Government of Kerala to Physically Handicapped persons
(v) Photo affixed Passbooks issued by Nationalized Banks
(vi) PAN Card
(vii) Identity Cards issued to Government employees by the Departments/Institutions concerned (viii) Discharge Certificate issued to the ex-servicemen /Photo affixed Identity Card issued to the ex-servicemen by the Zila Sainik Welfare Officer
(ix) Conductor Licence issued by the Motor Vehicle Department
(x) Photo affixed pass book issued by Scheduled Banks/Kerala State Co-operative Bank/District Co-operative Banks
(xi) Photo affixed identity card issued by Public Sector undertakings (Various Companies/Corporations/Boards/Authority)/ Govt. Autonomous Institutions to their
employees
(xii) Photo affixed identity card issued by Various universities of Kerala State to their employees (xiii) Photo affixed Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board to PH candidates
(xiv) Photo affixed Identity Card issued by Bar Council to those who are enrolled as Advocates (xv) AADHAAR card issued by the Central Government (Original and self attested copy to be produced)
8.Physically handicapped candidates are not eligible to apply for the post

2. Candidates are included provisionally in the probability list for Physical Measurement as detailed scrutiny of the applications has not been completed. If any defect in the application is found at the time of verification such applications will be rejected and that candidates will not be allowed to participate in the Physical Measurement.3. Documents to be produced (Original and Self attested copy) at the time of verification.
